As a trained chef, Valentin brings the necessary practical know-how to accompany your kitchen team on the way to its Food Save goals. However, it is not only his technical knowledge that sets him apart – but above all his drive to make a contribution to the sustainability transformation of the catering industry.

Thanks to his practical kitchen experience in a wide variety of catering businesses, Valentin knows what difficulties can arise in the kitchen. His focus is on tackling these difficulties with a hands-on approach and involving all employees in the process.

Valentin is a trained chef with additional training as a diet chef and holds a bachelor’s degree in food technology from the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Wädenswil.
