Thanks to his practical kitchen experience in a wide variety of catering businesses, Valentin knows what difficulties can arise in the kitchen. His focus is on tackling these difficulties with a hands-on approach and involving all employees in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valentin is a trained chef with additional training as a diet chef and holds a bachelor’s degree in food technology from the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in W\u00e4denswil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
