For many, transitioning such a business to become sustainable feels like an insurmountable task. Most establishments lack the necessary data, expertise, and time to undertake this shift. This project provides a blueprint for transforming hospitality businesses into sustainable operations. The focus is on food, as this represents the most significant lever for sustainability within the hospitality sector. We collaborate within an ecosystem of service providers and local stakeholders in Basel to offer restaurateurs optimal support in their journey toward sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover is-light\" style=\"min-height:50px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-green-background-color has-background-dim-20 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading tag\">IMPACT &amp; RESULTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>The pilot operations have gained insight into their performance and potential regarding sustainable food procurement, menu planning, and food waste, and are demonstrating tangible progress. These results\u2014along with collaborative discussions\u2014serve as a source of motivation and prompt in-depth processes of reflection.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignfull is-light\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-green-background-color has-background-dim-100 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container
