INITIAL SITUATION & GOALS
Leveraging intrinsic motivation for sustainability as a unique selling proposition
In November 2019, the City of Zurich will award the contract for organizing the “Wienachtsdorf” (Christmas Village) for the next five years. As the current partner, Schöne Bescherung AG wishes to continue operating the Christmas market at Bellevue and will therefore submit a new bid for the partnership. In doing so, the company intends to leverage its intrinsic commitment to a sustainable Christmas Village as a unique selling point among the applicants. To achieve this goal, Foodways is bringing together the necessary expertise and the right stakeholders to develop a comprehensive concept.
